Hi there,
Currently I have a problem with my SE w810.
It is currently stuck in a loop state of being in USB File transfer mode. This exists when I power it down and remove and insert the battery in. I have tried some solutions on the net but to no avail.
When I connect it to the USB cable connected to my computer, the USB found is said to be "malfunctioned" and will not load properly due to it probably being ina suspended state of transfer only.
Please help as I dont want to send back to 02 to replace.

I was considering a master reset but I dont want to lose my contacts so can anyone please help. Apreciated.
