Only if you've got the specific firmware versions that it requires, which it appears not everyone is able to upgrade to currently.
It also has a tendency to crash the phone from time-to-time, possibly because it has been hacked together based on a leaked official P1i iSync Phone Plugin from Sony Ericsson.
Still, it's a very interesting development, but not yet a 100% reliable solution for all P990i owners.

It doesn't work for me, when I try to add a new device in iSync it says
that "iSync cannot connect to this device."
