Strange I always thought it was free.
Check out this site, it gives 0800 and landline numbers for most of the big companies.

It can save you a ton of money.

Oops I forgot to tell you guys earlier in one of my topics
It was free for me - all you do, is use the customer services number which is on your monthly bill - worked for me!

Can't say i've had bad service myself although i'm pretty sure i'll be moving to t-mobile in November (for sure if they get the iphone) which is quite probable.
I thought it was always free for contract customers just not for pay and go?

you've always had to pay national rate to ring them but they've finally changed that!
it's a shame T-Mobile don't offer any £15 tariffs im bining 02 for three November been with 02 for years fancey a change now not happy with there GPRS charges.
There £15 sim only deals seem ok ive asked of they can put me on one now but they said I can't till the end of the year TWATS!
they say you can cancel the sim only after a month aswell im abit confused

is it a contract or PAYG lol
