I am trying to perform these steps > *
Nothin comes up when i do the keystrokes.. anything wrong with my phone or with the way im doin it ??
Please lemme know if there are any alternate keystrokes that can be performed to get the info...

the keys are press ok. but what you will get is the
Service Menu. it tells you what firmware you got on your phone. it must be R1CA021 or R1DB001.
when you are in the service menu, then chose service info and then software info.
