Help please.!
I have a SE W810i. Whenever i create a new internet profile, it says, name already exists for other profile.
I dont have any other profiles, i have master reset the phone as well as updated to latest Firm W from SEUS.
Is there another way of resetting the phone to defaults, or any other advice.
I've taken it to repair shops, but they just look at me funny.

What provider are you trying to create a profile for?
btw you just get the settings sent direct to the phone and this creates a new profile normally
