I ordered my k750i online from o2 a week or so ago, and tried to order their new simplicity deal online but was declined.
The following day, I rang them up to see why I had been declined and all was sorted. I asked the guy on the phone if he could tell me when I could expect my phone to be delivered, to which he replied, he cant locate any phone ordered by me on the system.
I then ask him to double check this, and he says, no, no phone was ordered under these details. So I order my sim with him, plus another K750i. Guess what turns up the next day, but the original phone which Iordered online.
I now contact customer services, who tell me the second phone has already been despatched to me, so just refuse the parcel, which will then go back to them, and I wont be charged.
I have checked my account today, and I have been charged for 2 phones.
Just been on to customer services again, and give them my details, only to be told that is all that account shows is my first months bill, which I can confirm with logging onto my account.
After an hour on the phone, they still cant locate this phone that I have been billed for.
I now have to fax them a copy of my statement so they can try and locate it through some code which the banks use.

I wouldn't mind if I had the 2 phones, then I could sell one and get my money back. I did exactly as they said, and refused to accept the parcel, and it went straight back to 02.

Well then the next thing would be getting them to acknowledge that the second one has been returned.
Make sure you keep a log of everything that happens and who you spoke to. These things can get messy.

This happened to me before Christmas and they are a bunch of monkeys!
I wanted to move my personal contract to O2 so I got a PAC code off of Vodafone and ordered a W950i off o2 all was sweet until the next morning, when i recieved an email telling me my W950 would be delivered 2 months later!! so I phoned them and the fella on the phone said "yes sir we wont be getting that phone in for a while! would you like me to cancel the order" so I said yes of course!
After an hour it was really niggling me so I phoned back and spoke to somebody different, who said "yes we do have the phone in stock I am looking at it right now! would you like me to reorder you one kind sir" to which I replied "yes please!" so we tried to order one and I got declined through their fraud system apparently because of my recent activity!
So I told him to forget it and went back to Vodafone (which I deeply regret) and ordered my P990 from them instead and I got the W950 with O2 on my business account!
Next thing I get another email from o2 stating that my W950 was en-route to me and it will be with me on Monday!
So back on the phone I go to cancel what should have already been cancelled, but I couldn't I too was told to just refuse the parcel when it arrived by this point they had taken £90 odd out of my bank account and wouldn't refund till they had the phone back and they continued to bill me for 2 months after the phone had been sent back and it took
AGES to get my money back off them!!
So when my personal account is up for renewal this year T-Mobile may well be getting my custom!!
