so i just bought ANOTHER sony ericsson phone..... like my 5th one a couple months ago.... i thought i was nice the w850i
well just a few days ago i decided to change the housing because of the broken dpad... no problem right? well i bought an oem black housing for my white w850i and attempted to exchange it...... got it out replaced it and it looked sweet. worked well too
so i used it for a day and hooked it up to my stereo in my car via dongle...... my worst nightmare was about to come
i was playing music as usual when all of a sudden. it froze. just my screensaver lit up in the background for minutes. i unplugged my battery and put it back in. nothing. i waited till i got home out it on the charger- nothing
so im in a predicament, i tried everything imaginabel.. update software from the website. cancel button.and i even called se. and like the past couple times i contacted them = the phone isnt mae in america so unfortunately there is nothing we can do. that is unless i want to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed. damnit!!!!
so im turning to the people of esato to help. what should i do now? any suggestions? i doubt i can even sell it for half as much as i paid for it. anyone interested? hah

oh yah btw it doesnt flash white . .. . .. it just simply wont turn on..... the power button blinks rapidly about five times but thats about it.

take it to a shop that unlocks phones,if they can't fixed they can't charge you.

Might be it needs an EROM update, this can be done via Wotanserver, though you might need to buy a credit, but one is only €7 euros.
