My k800i suddenly stopped working after a fall off like 20 centimetres,
after that when i try to turn it on, the only thing i can see is a small red light flashing near the infra red place.

I've had my phone recover from falls like this. In one phone I just put a different battery in and it worked.
Just take the battery out and leave it for a while. Although in the worst case scenario it might need reflashing.
