blue soleil is the best bluetooth driver that ever work for me I have WinXP SP2 also. I tried a few different dongles+drivers combination before and none of them works as easy as Blue Soleil and this current dongle (I don't know what it is, my sister gave it to me).

I haven't tried connecting my phone to the MyPhoneExplorer via Bluetooth, but I'd say it's better to try the USB cable (DCU-60 or something like that), it always works for me. not sure how to change the drivers because I don't think it can be uninstalled unless you delete it from the registry, which will lead to a mess if you don't know how to do it properly. I just installed the Blue Soleil over my old driver (widcomm) and the thing works just fine. if you really want a clean install, do another WinXP installation I did it for my friend

good luck.
