at this stage, no pdf reader seems to be available for W810. There is a very buggy .doc reader but I couldn't get it to work. If you use gmail, you can use the gmail java app to check your gmail online, and if an email has an office or pdf attachment, the gmail server will serve the document to the gmail app and display the contents of the pdf or office document on the phone. This is one way to view a pdf. You would have to email it to gmail then use the gmail app to view it.

well...i will try it later...
and for now i get a easier way to read the pdf texts...
i went
here and i found out that we may add a plugin to this app and it reads the pdf file, then creates a jar file so that you can instal and then use like an application to read the book...i think that's what Xen0nflash was trying to say, but i didn't get it;)

xenonflash was talking about a tequilacat bookreader - it converts text files into ebooks in the form of a jar file. The ebooks are much easier to read than a large textfile using the phone browser, for example it can bookmark pages, has better controls for navigating large blocks of text.
however that pdf converter you found sounds handy, I'll give that a look myself.
edit: ah, just got it. The pdf readers is a plugin for tequilacat bookreader. Excellent! The new version of tequilacat also imports from xls, doc as well.
