My old K700 can this (i just hold # ), but K750 why can't ?

it depends what country you live in/ baught it from some enable the shutrter sound all thi time - it's a pryvicy issue

Well, i must say that if you want to change this thing you must flash your phone with a generic firmware. Probably the firmware you have it's the cause of this issue. What's your operator?
