I've seen that in an other thread. It's apprently created using a third party app running on top of the OS. I think it's a java soft (not sure).
I understand that there would be some copyright issue to distribute this theme/soft but I'm surprised that noone tweaked it enough to make it legal to distribute it.
This thing is relly cool and ought to be more popular.
I'd put that on my P1 if I had one and if the soft was available. (Lots of IFs)

I don't get why this guys wouldn't market the software themselves instead of waiting for a provider or other company to pick it up.
They obviously have a few finished products: the Iphone like UI, the Itunes cover flow java player, etc...
They all look great and could run on most handset available today.
I do understand though that they might be afraid of the Apple lawyers but how hard would it be to tweak them just enough to avoid patent or copyright infringement? (remove the clown fish wallpaper, modify the icons or make the covers flow from top to bottom or front to back with a different background - note that I don't think the color black is copyrighted....yet)
