on the night pictures, it is clear that the SE P1 has stronger LED Flash luminiscence because of it's dual flash diode. and the third comparison shows that P1 has generally more noise than N95(but this is explainable by the fact that N95's image processing algorithm is to remove noise at the cost of the detail loss )the first two comparisons doesn't differ so much, in fact a newbie wont even discern the difference the mostly discernable difference is that P1 pictures are warmer than those of N95(becuase Nokia camera sample pictures are of typically blue predominant)

Hmmm, well...

P1i seems to have a yellowish coloration (mainly seen in the first picture). More noise in P1 pics, which isn't necessarily a bad thing since the Nokia phones use very heave noise reduction (too heavy often)...

All in all I hope the P1i camera will improve though How was the speed btw?

Love the trainers also, is it easy to input the different operator information.

Which is heaviest?

The P1 photo seems too noisy, which is kind of disappointing. Hopefully firmware will fix this as if you compare K800i cam and Nokia N95 cam, the difference is much closer.

I suspect the Zeiss optics play a quite a large part in the clarity of the N95 shots. I had an N95 and found it a resonably good camera. But the lack of touch screen meant I simply could not live with it so its been sold I am now awaiting my P1

N95 applies extremely strong noise removal by software, so details suffer...if you view photos a 100% you will see what i mean...apply noise removal software on the PC to the P1 photo and you will get the same or better (because you can control the effect) results

Does anyone here seriously consider using either of these Camera Phones as their main photo taking device? Seriously?
