> Unable to download pictures on T300?

Whenever I visit a logo page on this website the little option for "Save Picture" is greyed out and I can't save any pics to my phone. I used to be able to do it with my T68i, but now I have a T300 and it won't let me do it. Anyone got any solutions?

Hey, are you sure that you are highlighting the picture when you press options? I know it sounds stupid but I was doing that for days until I figured out I was doing it.

I also have this problem and i am selecting the logo, i have a t300 on t mobile have had the phone for two weeks . I'll post my fw version when im land-wired to the net

I think the highlighting is the problem, when i scroll-up, the highest thing i can highlight is the index number. could it be we need to upgrade our software? how can i find out my phone's software version?

You guys are lucky to even get to that menu!
When I download a pic to my t300, the pic comes up ok & it says press yes to install, then NOTHING!
It just stays like that, no menu, no nothing
Any ideas?
