a few questions before i get addicted to this software.

is it free to use apart from data costs.

Is it limited/ a trial version or can you just download it for free and use it with no cost other than data/ wap charges

My work colleague just got it from:

http://www.getjar.com/products/10717/eBuddyMobileMessenger

and installed it on his N70 - works like a charm. Nothing to say it's a trial or time limited though.

it is a beta. it does not say whether it is a trial or not. but i think it works fine if you have money/minutes.

@brownie,

This is the first time ebuddy has launched the ebuddy in the form of java app. Before that it was available in wap form at

Http://www.ebuddy.com/mobile

So the new app is just it's the java version though in beta testing. And i think it would be free in future as well.

Personally i feel that there are more better free IM available. In ebuddy you can't receive or send messages. That is the major drawback.
