I flashed my phone, great... but the problem is that I forgot to uninstall the bloody aps, they also kinda got deleted off the memory card. Now everytime I restart the phone I get prompted for every app (can't install them cause the files are not there, and re-installing is a caos cause you have to be there hours prompting 'ok' because you've decided to go ahead and install again on the same memory card.. .ARGGG) I've even gone into the bloody card and manually searched for every sign of the installed programes and deleted it.. Even opened up system files with notepad and searched and deleted ... sigh, can anyone help?

I was able to "uninstall" the apps that were corrupted after I did the same thing. Can you see if you can do that?
