Hello All, Do any of you know if any American carrier supports this great phone in Northern California (SF Bay Area)?! I had one, supported by PacBell, etc., etc., until about a year ago. Cingular said that would no longer support it. Of course the joke is on me, because there was nothing at all the matter with it, was working fine and I really enjoyed it. And I still own it; but use a Samsung SGH-C417 which I don't care for. I want to go back....now.

Any illumination would be greatly appreciated!

None of the major carriers support this phone any longer. However, it doesn't mean you cannot use it. As long as it is unlocked, you can use an AT&T or T-Mobile SIM and it will work just fine (make sure AT&T supports 1900 band in your area; T-Mobile does).
