does the phone's internal & external memory show up on the desktop so you can drag and drop once you've paired it?

No Sony Ericsson phones can be mounted on the desktop via Bluetooth on a Mac. Only via USB on supported models.

I don't know for sure I'm afraid.

The M600 and W950 could be mounted on the desktop, so its likely that the P1 can be too, but I can't say for sure.

If you refer to the USB masstorage capability (sound like that), P1 seem to be supported in Leopard, but not in Tiger or older OS:es according to the link below.
