all available languages are in the one file. you just have to pick the file that matches your firmware (organiser) version

couldnt manage it. the version of this p990 r5d or sg like that, thats not listed on se site. i dowloaded pc suite and the language package. i choose german, but couldnt manage it to use it with "install language" app at the pc suite.

R5D does not seem to be a valid pda/organizer version.
U should double-check:
On the standby screen go to: More > status and scroll down to pda.
