in this problem every accessories are original and i have been using the phone for about 6 mounths,
my problem is, i have been transfering photoes from my k800i to my pc, but today when i tried to connect to pc, all the screen went white and phone shut down, now i can not open it back tried everything
please help me.

do a master reset on your phone turn your pc off and on then try again,
if you have a memory card reader I suggest you move all your photo's onto the M2 card if you have one in the phone as this way it's simple and quicker!

thank you but i dont have a suitable card slot on my pc, and donno if i have the photoes on my card or phone memory, even i save the photoes, i still donno how to make my phone work. what is that master reset on the phone? how do you do that, and if i have to take this phone to a technical service, before they do any software update or what ever, they need to switch it on as well, don't they? how do they do that, otherwise only possible thing to do looks like to change the mainboard i guess.

I know what you mean, I have the soma problem, when i disconnect my phone, the screen stays white. after a while when i press the on/off button it asks me if i whant to turn off the phone/flight mode etc. When i press the back button i can use the phone like normal....
