Ok...now...this !!!WILL!!! damage your phone, so I take no responsobility for the damage... well here's how it goes:

-First you shut down your phone, remove the SIM and open the lens cover.
-Then unscrew the backside of the phone and gently push it forward so it goes out.
-leave the phone, you don't need it

(When phone is opened):
-Unscrew the little screw, and detach those little things(I don't know in English, sorry),
-then remove the cover of the speaker(if you have glue, so you can glue it back)(this is done because it can brake in the next process)
-after you removed all of the above the silver piece will fall out(the orange can fall down too, if it does, don't worry, it's normal)
-now we can start enlarging the speaker hole

(here's another option, but not very safe: you can melt it a little bit and then scrape it... it will be easier for you, that's what i did)
-start scraping the hole with something sharp, scrape it so you make a circle, as large as you want, just don't scrape it TOO much, you can see the hole I made is not too big, but the difference is BIG
-then just take the pieces back(and glue the speaker cover back if removed) at the first state and you're finished.

TRY IT OUT AND TELL ME HOW IT WORKED FOR YOU

Go an updated sound driver - works much better. I also have to wonder whether your mod will actually make the sound louder. i.e. I would think the case is designed to act like a speaker box.

All the current zapf acoustics suck. The W880 acoustics are the loudest currently.

Hardware modding could be better for this type of thing, however, I'm not willing to try it

Well firstly, I tried with updated drivers but it didn't make the sound that i wanted...I know it looks bad, but this is still the first state of it, I will modify it again, with some color and a sander, so it will be smoother, I wouldn't do it either if my phone wasen't as old as mine, actually, I didn't do much damage, I just scraped the mask of the phone, if that's a problem, you can just try this on older masks.
The sound for me, now, is perfect.

P.S. what did you expect from me(a 14 year old boy), I did this in 6 am 'coz i didn't sleep all night and I was bored, so I decided to do something about the voice

p.p.s. I saw a post, similiar to mine, but instead of scraping the mask, the guy took the speaker and attached it on the outside of the mask, how do you think THAT looks?
