Hi,

I'm a bit worried that my K750's Camera isn't working correctly...

Here are some picture I took. Please tell me if you see anything odd

Following are without Flash :

No Effects - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal.JPG
With Micro - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal_micro.JPG
With Night Mode - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal_night.JPG
With Night Mode and Micro - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal_micro_night.JPG

Following are WITH Flash :

No Effects - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal_light.JPG
With Micro - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal_light_micro.JPG
With Night Mode - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal_light_night.JPG
With Night Mode and Micro - http://chiranthasoft.cq.hk/phone/normal_light_micro_night.JPG

Why are there lines on the photos without the flash are they normal? are the photo's ok for normal K750?

Thanks

I think it happens with most K750. The lines are normal, it is noise produced by low light. I think you should try some daylight shots, also you can see the Phone Photos Section for comparison .

they look normal for indoor shots with artificial lighting.try going outdoors and with preferably sunny or bright conditions(with the sun behind you)and take a few shots and notice the difference.

How old is the K750I in question? Is it one of the newer ones with the so called upgraded camera module?

k750i takes AWESOME outdoor pics, inside pics gets of course not the same (it lack a good flash, like k8xx have). k750i is a outdoor camera, thats it.

(take a look here. k750i, realy realy good quality)

original size

shrinked 30/30% (even better of course)

AMAZING yehh.

An old K750I with the original CID 36 camera module will take good indoor pictures too.

Add the MXE60 flash on & it will take fantastic pictures in low light / darkness

The newer K750Is with the so called upgraded camera module take awful indoor / low light pictures.

I swopped my CID 49 camera module for an older CID 36 one & using the same camera driver the picture quality is a lot better with the older camera module.
