I've read here, you can sync the k800 with windows media player? I was wondering how? I think it would work better for me transferring my songs. thanks!

Actually, both memory stick and phone's storage show up in WMP 11 under the Sync tab... and you can tell WMP in what format and at what bitrate to transcode music from either your library or i'd imagine a CD as well. Quite simple.
Unfortunately you can't specify a destination folder, so WMP organizes how it pleases, which I think it just drops into the Music folder, folders titled by Artist, then album as sub-folders. I'd prefer to drop them all into an "Albums" folder I've created (to reduce the clutter in the root 'Music" directory when browsing the phone). No big deal though.

In all... pretty simple to use!

The phone nor the memory card show up in WMP. Nor does Device manager show my card. I suspect I installed something wrong? I know on my Digital Camera I had it would show up as another drive in my computer when you plugged it in. the SE does not. I can only transfer files via SE File Manager.

What have I done wrong? - Thank you...

You need to choose file transfer on the phone when you connect the usb cable!

Ahhhh! I was wondering if that was the case... I'll see how that goes... Thanks for the help!

Actually That's how I do it, on my comp. and my phone, i just dump everything in one folder then organize it in WMP and K800's Music player (respectively).

Thanks for the help!
