I recently got the k810i, but it seems to be way slower than my previous w810i which had the same amount of files, texts etc... If I press 'Events' on the bottom right hand corner, it takes a good min to come up, even if the list is empty. If I press down to scroll down the little menu on the left on the homepage, it once again takes ages to actually highlight them. Texts are a pain, as my phone will flash, but will go back to the black screen and take a while to show the message. Has anyone else experienced a prob like this? Is it the phone and due to my large files? Or could it be faulty?

Try updating the phone's firmware via SEUS and see if that helps, could just be your running an early firmware version.

When I bought my K810I found it to be slow through the menu's but after updating the firmware its lots better now
