Because I have not used my K800i with the memory card, the JAD/JAR Application files were installed to the phone memory.
Removing applications from applications folder wont remove temporary/other files created by those applications in Phone memory. I have tested many Jar/Jad applications and removed them.
Now I feel that My phone has slowed down than I got new.
I think this is because the unnecessary files created in phone memory- system folder that is not get deleted when the applications were deleted.
I cant remove those because I cant directly access the phone memory-system folder.
Could someone pls tell me a way to access System folder in phone memory using a PC.
Thanks

I think you should try one of the 3rd-party products for phone manipulation, like FAR manager, MyPhoneExplorer, etc. I'm not an expert in this area, but I believe some of them may offer some more access rights than the official

communication program does. Use at own risk, of course.

In Windows Explorer of your PC, right click Phone drive and format it. It may be what you want. Remember, all data will be gone. BTW, why don't you use M2? I use 1GB M2 and my phone doesn't behave any slow at all although the remaining memory is only 130 MB. M2 is pretty cheap now.

Now I m using a m2.I got it delayed thats why.
If u can format it like that in windows, probably all the system must get deleted including important files.Have u ever tried this?

what makes you think there are files left over? As far as I can see, it's not possible to view the K800 phone folder (where java games are stored) in the phone memory. Only if the games are stored on the card can you see the games folder, but if the games are stored in the phone memory, how do you know there are files left over, since you can't see the folder where the games are stored?
Are you just guessing because your phone has slowed down?
btw, you can't format internal phone memory (though you can probably format the phone memory available through the dcu-60 cable as a drive letter, but since the games aren't installed in that part of phone memory, formatting it won't help with left over game files)

I guessed it cos I see many temp files created in mem stick , system folder when I installed apps to mem stick. And they r not getting deleted when I deleted apps.
Again when I got the phone new it was very fast and I noticed the slowness when I tested many apps.
