Hay guys
I understand this maybe one of the most strangest threads. However, now this problem is starting to p*ss me of.
I have always been a light sleeper. Ever since I was a kid, I would always go to bed and it would take a good half hour, even an hour to go to sleep.
However, now it is worse. I could go to bed a 10:30, and end up sleeping at 3 am. All because, my body just cant switch of.
On some ocassions, I have just been awake, all through the night and last night, that happend. Again..
I am seriously considering, going to the doctor, and hearing what he has to say.
Any of you got any tips I could use in sleeping?

I know how you feel at the moment!
I'm getting married in just over four weeks and everytime i go to bed everything just starts running through my mind!
Last night i went to bed a 10pm. I've been working night shifts the last 11 days straight so i knew it'd be hard to drop off. I fell asleep almost instantly but then woke up a 1am. And that was it. I've been up ever since! I feel totally buggered now tho. Might go and catch an hours kip

If my stressed out little mind will let me!

i saw on a program about troubled sleeping and having a tv in your room affects your sleep. cant remember why, they also suggested getting out of bed and siting somewhere uncomfortable for abit or until you start feeling sleepy. There's always sleeping pills

However I forgot to mention. A lot of the times when I do drop of, I usualy wake up again at night, then I cant get back to sleep again!
My freinds and family, always comment how I look tired and act clumsy so much. They dont understand how much of a chore it is to sleep! Most people find sleep, 8 hours relaxation after a hard day, however, sleep is 8 hours added to the hard day!
I just cant relax my self to drop of! When I woke up in the night, I was so p*ssed, I felt like running down the street with a gun in my hand, blowing the heads of any one!
This is turning into a real irritating problem. I dont wanna look and act stropy every day, cause im so tired.
10:30 I go to bed! I never slept once! I was awake all through the night!

could you not try going to bed later? i cant go to sleep before 12 and then it takes a good half hour to and hour to get to sleep anyway.
