Take it to a service centre with proof of ownership and they should reset it for you.

hi

if your phone is a CID49, then you can reset it by using phone xs.

If you have no joy doing any of the above. Reflash your phone using Wotanserver and select the phone lock reset option on the Wotanclient. This will reset you code to the factory one (0000)
