Got the latest R1KG001 for my K800i and everything was great until I was having problems connecting to a network abroad so I reset the phone to factory default settings.

Now the annoying banner advert on the main wallpaper known as "instant viewer" has appeared and the menu options in settings > general > instant viewer does not exist at all!

I phoned three customer services and they told me to take it to a service centre where a technician can load on an older version of the software which does have the option to remove the instant viewer. Ridiculous, I'd loose all the other benefits of the latest firmware if this was the case, plus its hassle!!!

Isn't it about time SEUS came out with some new firmware anyway??
