Hi there!
I tried to use totalserver in order to unbrand my SE phone but my battery died during the process so i end up with a dead phone and a a lost creadit. I sent e-mail to both the addresses "reportfiles@gmail.com" (4 days ago)
and "support@totalserver.net" (2 days ago) with all the files needed attached but nothing really happened. Does anyone have any experience with a similar situation? Has anyone ever got back a lost credit? I'd really like to know.

I really doubt your going to get the credit back... They tell you before you start to make sure your battery's fully charged... Sorry to be blunt but it sounds like it's your own fault!

My battery was fully charged. It just died during the proccess and i had it replaced (i also had my phone customized in a se service center). But even in their client they state that they will consider to return the credit if you send them the error files and the screenshot produced by the client when the error happened. Anyway shouldn't they send an e-mail just telling that they cannot give me my credit back???.

Yesterday (7-8-07) i sent an e-mail to support.
Up to now no answer!!!! They didn't even bother letting me know that they will not give me my credit back!!! Great customer support and of course customer respect (i only expected an answer to my 3 e-mails no matter what the answer was!!!). Gongrats TotalServer, keep up the good work!!!
