just got it before, battery cover came off fine, was clipped in perfectly. i tried putting it on, but wont go on
the 2 plastic clips on bottom of the cover, which go into the 2 holes at the bottom of the phone (the holes right near bottom of battery) dont slide in.
one clip is straight, the other is bent. Though, it doesnt look like its been forced to bend, no sign of crack etc when you get when normally bending plastic, and when i try to straighten it, it doesnt bend (coz i havnt tried hard, dont wanna break it off) feels and looks as if its meant to be bent as standard, but was on fine when i got it out of box.... it goes on, but the left side is elevated coz it wont clip in. i have not damaged it my self. took the cover off and put it aside!
couple pics, sorry bout quality, but you should get the idea.
is any one elses p1 like this? can some post a pic of their battery cover please

mines obviously damaged. have no idea how. was fine when i get it, then as i said, i took it off and put it aside whilst i played with the phone.

I guess if you can't bend it back into place you'll need to cut it off and use it with one tab until you can get a replacement back cover
