ok. i unlocked a customers K800i and foolishly forgot to check i had the restore firmware file..... so i killed it.
so it was sent away came back then was saying problem with the menu.ml file (is it?) some of the menu was missing and the backlight not working right... so sent it back came back today and guess what.... still the same !!!! so i think i'm goin to have a go at it myself. could i just find the .ml file or am i best reflashing it from scratch.
the phone is R1GB001 cxc1250210
and i'm using the cruiser software. greatful for any help as my tail is on the line!

If you haven't already tried it, reflash it using Wotanserver, rewrites the entire firmware - though it'll also delete any settings, content, texts, contacts etc. on the phone also.
