Moto is the biggest loser, and is almost sure SE will surpass Moto by 3Q or 4Q and will be entering top 3 (finally)

SE has improved, from 6.68% in 2Q - 2006 to 9.47% in 2Q - 2007.

My prediction a few weeks ago was and still is as follows- Q1 2008, 1 nokia by quite a margin, 2 samsung leading se only just, then motorola at number 4 followed by lg. It looks like my prediction may just come true by the end of the year.

good point, yet useless.
nokia is the biggest competitor, but they desirve to be in the top 5. Samsung on the other hand doesnt! those phones are not only overpriced but a waste of resources.

I'd say SE has a chance to get to number 3 in Q4 but only just. And moto have to screw it up very bad too. Although if moto does start a turn around it might take SE maybe a whole year. What SE needs to do is chip away at nokia and samsung's market share because moto is just bleeding and everyone else is to gain even LG and HTC.

When I said suck I didn't mean that they are the worst phones out there but just that some phones (by some I mean SE phones ) are better than nokias.
Why they suck? Mainly because of the user interface. God, a few of my friends have Nokias and iIwanted to take a look at their phones... and I got really frustrated. I wanted to play a song on a Nokia and then skip to another one and I just couldn't figure it out.. well I did.. but..ugh nevermind. The UI is just disastrous.
Nokia cameraphones aren't as good as Sony Ericsson cameraphones (yes I've seen some Nokia cameras live even on newer models and the quality of the image wasn't as good as on my phone (even compared to a Nokia N73 ME).
Sony Ericsson has far better music phones than Nokia.
Nokias are like bricks compard to other phones.
The only thing they are good at is reproducing music, because of the large loudspeakers.

And people buy Nokias cuz they think that they're good because most other peopple have nokias, too.
