I got a small issue with the unlocking of my K800.
I asked my provider for the unlock code because my phone is now 1 year old and the provider (KPN Netherlands) gives it out for free if the phone is older than 1 year.
Well I now have the code but I cant unlock it.
Every time I enter the unlock code it tells me "not allow"

I think it has something to do with the "tries" because I don't have any left...
is there any other way to reset them and then try it again ?
I already did a reset of the phone, I also updated the phone via SEUS in the hope it might set it back to the original... but nothing!

any help would be appreciated!

hi

you cannot reset it by yourself. you need to get it reseted by a third party software. though you can call your operator and ask them if they can do it for free.

yes,...

I did not know that after the 5 times it can not be done anymore so I just randomly tried some numbers in the hope it might work...

I have converted it to a K810 and tried it again, but still nothing, now its back to a simple K800 and it still says that I have "0 tries" left...
