> K800i sound problem

My phone is working fine, but the problem I have is that I cannot hear my ringtone when people call, and I can't hear the music when I try to play it on the music player. I don't have it in silent, and I haven't dropped it or anything like that recently.
Anybody have an suggestion of what it could be?
