Might not be an ideal solution, but have you thought about using Blackberry Connect (with your Yahoo account)?

Okay, since when does yahoo mail get downloaded (except for atachments/pics, etc.)???

If you go to yahoo with your phone, you SEE all the messages and can read them AT YAHOO

I am still having the same problem. I have the latest World Generic 1 firmware and have triple checked that I have the correct settings. When I send and recieve it connects ok and says there are 738 emails but doesnt actually download any headings or messages.

@JC

not sure if this helps figure out what's wrong, but have you tried connecting using your data carrier, then Wifi? If all settings are correct, perhaps its a connection issue?
There is no reason why yahoo shouldn't work, i use it all the time, sorry couldn't be more help.

@mage

You are wrong, JC is trying to access his yahoo account through pop email on his phone, not on his browser, so his email is downloaded to his phone.. Brain in gear mage before posting, then perhaps you'll have something useful to offer
