Does anyone having the same problem? The jog dial is completly loose and hardly works. I still have a month's warranty left so i will be taking it to the service center. But before that i wanted to know what u people have to say abt it.

what can we say? take it to a service. if the warranty was expired then someone will give you the instructions to open it
