I have a mail2web personal exchange account and there's a BB add on (30 days trial). I have activated my BB account and its been hours already and i cant connect using my account. I have followed the instructions by the letter but nothing.

I have changed Provision to Wireless-Enterprise, it will give me the option to enter my account details but it closes within 30sec, 'cant connect, please contact adminstrator'

Note: when i said BB closes within 30sec, this is not the application crashing, its the connection that closes immediately.

Did you use the pre-installed BB client on the handset?

When you say you have activated your account, I assume you mean with BIS and logged into the web client for your network and entered your email settings?

Have you tried getting the Service Books resent to your phone as well?
