Hi,
Can anyone recommend somewhere to have my phone unlocked in the Manchester area? I've heard that I can be damaged if its not done properly. My network won't do it untill I've had the phone longer.

cant you pay your network a small charge of £15 to unlock it, i am sure they will do that for you, how long have you had the phone for?

If u plan 2 do it via your network provider,You must have enough evidence that the phone is yours.

I got Orange to do mine, but they take ages and charge twice the price of getting it down if you go to a large market and get one of the guys who run mobile phone stalls. They'll have a sign saying "we do unblocking" etc..

Thanks for all the replys, my next work won't unlock it for another month, then they said it will take a further 28 days. So I was looking for a solution that would cut out the wait.
