Is there a way to start certain applications (like swiss manager for example) when you start up P1?

answering my own question in case somebody else needs it. you can use bootman by cellphonesoft (http://www.cellphonesoft.com/)

I do not understand your question...

However, there is a free trial and you can take a look at the application.

Does this still work though? There is a note at the bottom of the page saying:
In the P990, M600 and W950 firmwares released in January, 2007 access has been made restricted to system functions used for autostart. The change affects all programs that use these functions for boot-time execution, including BootMan. As a consequence, BootMan can not start other programs at boot-time on phones with such firmware installed.
