hey esato i will unlock any ones iphone for free i bought the tools form ebays and you can use i again and agian so if any one need to get it done pm me

You can't do a SIM unlock yet. If you could, you'd be hearing about it all over the interweb.
He must mean activate the iPod and wi-fi Internet features without having to sign up to AT&T, which is not the same as unlocking. And you can get the programs to do this for free.

The furthest someone has got with SIM unlocking is to re-program another providers SIM to 'pretend' it is an AT&T SIM.
