Has anyone managed to use the 'More' and 'More all buttons and actually receive more of an email or thread?
Mine seems to try and communicate as the globe icon flashes a couple of times but nothing is ever downloaded?!
I've also noticed the phone strug

In my phone, pressing more or more all does download more of the message or thread, as the case may be. Perhaps its a download speed issue in your case?

in the older version 3.55 of BB Connect for P990i, there is this bug affecting "more".
"more" will only works for emails in the main inbox, and not for those in the sub-folders.
is it the same as in your case? perhaps the bug has been carried forward into version.

The emails are definately in my inbox...
Really cant understand why? Might have to do a full fresh reinstall when i have time and go from there?
Unless anyone else can shed any light on the situiation?

Inbox still not doing it...
I've just deinstalled and reinstalled but for some reason its not populating my inbox and sent items as it did the first time round?
strange...

right, seems to be working.
it hasnt populated like it did the first time round which was new compared to previous versions.
this maybe the thing that caused the problem as everything else is working now, all sent items including desktop are being shown and i can download more and all of messages in both inbox and sent.
nothing like starting all over again, all the way from scratch.
