> LG's Bernard moves to Sony Ericsson

Former LG marketing manager John Bernard has been appointed as Sony Ericsson global marketing director.
He will start his new role on Monday. He left LG last month and has been on gardening leave since his exit.
Mobile predicated Bernard would join Sony Ericsson as he confirmed last month that he had signed a deal with a 'top four manufacturer' and it is the only one with its global marketing function based in the UK.
Bernard joined LG three years ago and was responsible for the Prada and Chocolate launches and also signed Coleen McLoughlin for the Chocolate's marketing campaign.

look at LG (chocolate) ... LG didn't sell a lot mobiles.
however due the commercial touch LG made the chocolate to a succes.
now you'll see LG mobiles everywhere

Hi all,
Well as interesting as this is a bit like the poster above shame the didn't find some quality programmers or even people that understand customer service. This unfortunately just looks like SE want to sell more units and just don't care about the other areas at all.
Which IMO is not a great decisions market share and more sales will soon evaporate with poor service and software. They really need to address there weakness and not just push for more sales.
