I have just set up a paypal account, and i have not yet entered my card details! i was wondering can i still accept money into my paypal account without having entered my card details? and i was also wondering that can i send this money to someone if i dont enter my card details?

can use your bank account instead of credit card. though when i made mine (my bros one) over a yr ago or so now, you had to register with a credit card
i recently put my bank account to verify the paypal account

yea i was able to register without adding a bank account! so i can still accept payments without adding a bank account? and i can still send this money i recieve without adding a bank account?

i thought you said can u receive money with out a credit card?
you need to register either a credit card or a bank account to make/receive payments!

i thought i could still accept payments without registering a bank acciunt, and the money would just remain in the paypal account, then when i wanted to buy something i could just use that money instead of using the money out of my bank account

im pretty sure you can do that. Ive got two accounts one has a bank account set up on it the other a card. I use one to have money paid in to and withdraw it to my bank account and the other to purchase things
