How come it won't convert files into 3gp? and i tryed converting a mp4 file into a smaller versin (176x144 or whatever) and it still won't play on my phone as a video.

You need install all following apps inorder to M3 run smooth:
1.M3 installed.
2.nero....zip
3.quicktime
4.realplayer
5.dotnetframework2.0
