Guys, Need some help on this, whenever i transfer a file thru bluetooth from my laptop to P1 it gets saved in Message inbox as a new message.
Then i need to open the message to save the file on to the memory card.
Is there anyway that it can directly get stored on the memory card as i could before with my K750i?

No, that's how it works on any SE & Nokia Symbian smartphone.

If you view the files before saving them, you then get the option of where to save the files. If you just save first, it goes in to messages.. Security measure I guess...

With a decent file manager you should be able to cut and paste them afterwards if you haven't saved directly to the memory card.

Hi guys,
I have a problem with BT file transfers. A friend sent me a 150 MB video file over BT from a Samsung D900.
I think I chose to save itwhen the P1 prompted me, I remember it took a while to get saved but it didn't ask me where to save it.
Now the problem is that I can't find the file anymore even in my incoming message. I know the file is on the phone as it took up almost of all the P1's memory.

BTW the phone is really slow when its memory is full, put as much as you can on a card.

Any help as to where could the file be or how to get rid of it would be much appreciated.

Cheers

the storage wizard doesn't show anything
I have a 100+ MB file on my phone eating up all the phone's memory and I can't see it nor get rid of it.
I have yet to try when connected to the PC.
