> encoding video for k750i?

hi, im trying to put some old copys of 'family guy' onto my phone, but the video
plays and the sound is mute and if i turn the sound up i get the sound but no video (the option screen stays up covering the video behind it, ive tryed everything but i cant get video+ sound together:(
im encoding the vids with mac's quicktime player into -movie to 3G and then 3gpp-Mobile mp4.
there are options to do: 3gpp release5, 3gpp2-release a, 3gpp2 -ezmovie ,AMC- ezmovie or 3vix-mp4 and iphone.
am i encoding the vids wrong or is it the phone?
also is there any other video players for the k750i that i could use?
