Before updating my P990i phone to the latest version I did a backup, which was (apparently) successful.

However I cannot restore data such as notes. How do you do it !!!

Yes The wizard seems idiot proof but I just cannot restore anything to my phone

Sorry to say but Symbian phones are not supported by My Phone Explorer.

Just learned that.... Thank you for the suggestion though.

Any other ideas - does this part pf PC Suite actually work with the P990 ??
