This is an auction for a Sony Ericsson K810i. This phone is 100% Brand New and Unused.

I recieved the Box sealed, and have only opened it yesterday to photograph and to check contents. Everything is brand new and unused.

The Phone is on T-mobile.

It comes complete with 12 Months Warranty, and a reciept from where it was purchased.

If payment was made when promised you would have it by now.

You ask me at 09:17am (24.08.07) if I can post that day. And that the money shall be in by 10.00am.

I reply saying yes if the money is in, you then reply saying you're at the bank but have forgotton my details (which I provided days in advance).

This was not my fault. I then send you my Details again when I get access to them at 12:55pm... You then reply at 2:20pm saying the money is in.

By now I've started work so can't post the phones out, if you had put the money in as mentioned at 10.00am I would have got to the post office in time. Better still if you had put the money in on wednesday as you said you would, you'd have had the phones a few days ago.

I never once said anything about you paying 2 days after you said you would, or that you went to the bank without my details. But I can't just sit here and somehow accept that it's my fault how posting has been delayed.

The phones were posted today like I said, and the tracking number has been sent to you at around 12pm.

If you're not happy with how this went return the phones for a full refund.
