I've been having (and am still having) trouble accessing my home WLAN. Just in case I did a hard reset on the handset and noticed that all the pre-installed ringtones and themes had disappeared. The only ONE that remains is that from my network operator, all the SONY stuff has gone! If anything I would have expected it to be the other way round! Has anyone else experienced this?

That's what I mean, the preinstalled ones. I haven't installed anything on my phone yet. However, after the master reset I have nothing on there!

My games are all there, just the themes and ringtones have gone! Most odd.

Have you tried disabling your security in your network and reconnect your P1i? Maybe the way you set up your home network is the problem, I remember when I had my Cingular 8125 I couldnt connect to my home network, then I change the security and opening it up (not requiring any passwork to connect to the network) and it worked, so I take it from there, selecting which security is compatible with my phone.

it's worth to try before doing the master reset on your phone

Yes, I tried the network with no security at all - still nothing happened.

Linksys and it's an older 'b' model so there is no issue there. I can get onto my network using every other wifi device I own except for the P1i!
