> Orange upgrade advice

Ok, ive had orange customer service ringing me... ive jsut missed it everytime because of driving or being too drunk in crete... but anyway im coming up to the end of my 18 months... and in the last 12 months my phone bill has been hitting 150quid a month... obviously the wrong contract for me there. Now... the phone i would like to upgrade to is either the iPhone or the P1 but on orange... obviously the iPhone is on O2 so thats out... but how long before either would be on Oragne... if not these could anyone suggest anything that i should demand to get free or disconnect lol. Plus also... with my tarriff what should i be saying i want from orange for my contract or i'll disconnect... just wondering if anyone had similar experiences or knowledge Thanks

well actually the iphones not even been announced officially for o2(or at least i didnt think it had), and i'm pretty sure its coming out till around October time (correct me if i'm wrong on this guys) take the best handset you can get at the moment if you go for a more expensive contract, as you should get it for free, then sell it and wait for the phone you really want?

First off you can upgrade withing the last 6months of an 18 month contract with orange..... (i am waiting till the end of august when i can be put through to retentions...) retentions will offer you somthing silly
like the opanther contract (i believe its £45 a month 900 mins and unlimited texts - for about £20-£25 a month).... with possible extras... and if your bills have been about £150 (same boat as me again) then every phone will be free... i for example am not going for a latest handset (i doubt) so will be asking for a second phone
im confident i will get a good deal at the end of the month and so should you be.... id ring them now if youve passed 12months dude and ask to speak to retentions.... bare in mind you sometimes get a worthless git who wont do anything for you, but most of the time they wanna keep you

Any suggestions as to which phone then... cos my bro has the k800, nice phone but fancy something different. mate has the n95 once again nice especially the camera but its had a lot of trouble with bugs in the software... hmmm i want a decent camera, a decent flash on it, and a useful phone!
